RWC Plus Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains
how Rugby World Cup Limited (hereinafter as "RWCL") treats Personal
Information that it collects and receives, including Personal
Information related to your use of the RWC Plus service. This
policy applies to all Personal Information collected or submitted
through the Rugby World Cup Plus website, e-mail communications
between you and RWC Plus, or other means. This Privacy Policy was
last updated on July 6, 2007.
The term "Personal Information" means information about an
individual that is personally identifiable and not publicly
available, such as one's name, contact details, and credit card
information, as well as the products and services in which one

RWCL is the sole owner of all Personal Information provided to
it, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. In the event RWCL
is acquired by, is merged into or is otherwise succeeded by another
company, RWCL reserves the right to transfer its ownership of such

confirming that you are a RWC Plus subscriber, that you have paid

- To confirm your subscription to or cancellation from RWC Plus,
RWCL Rugby or any particular purchases or licenses;

- To update and inform you about RWC Plus and RWCL Rugby services
and products, including the Services to which you have
subscribed;
- To provide you with targeted advertising, promotions and
special offers from RWC Plus and RWCL Rugby or our affiliates,

- To conduct research and surveys and aggregate data for the
purpose of reporting trends (based on aggregated data that does not
personally identify you) to RWC Plus, RWCL and its business
partners.
- Names, postal and e-mail addresses collected may be added to
RWCL’s databases and used for future communications and mailings
regarding updates, new products and services of RWCL, upcoming
events, and status of transactions you conduct online. If you
desire not to receive the above information, you may contact us
with such a request, in which case we will remove you from the
requested lists. RWCL reserves the right to contact you regarding
your account status and changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use,
Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements relevant to the
Services, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of, or
opt in to, receiving them.
RWCL may provide your Personal Information to third party
subcontractors for the purpose of processing payment, delivering
goods or services to you or for other purposes related to your
purchase or use of the Services. RWCL will provide those third
parties only the information they need to perform the contemplated

Services. When RWCL’s registration and order forms ask users to

RWCL does not currently accept any information submitted to or

Dispute Resolution
All controversies, claims and disputes arising in connection
with this privacy policy shall be settled by arbitration in Los
Angeles, California, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration
Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party
shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all
costs and expenses of the arbitration, including without limitation
attorneys’ fees. This privacy policy is governed by the internal
substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its
conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this privacy
policy is found to be invalid by any court having competent
jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions of the privacy policy, which
shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of the
privacy policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of
such term or any other
term.
